Meet Dr. Skyler Jennings (Skyler with an ER not AR). She was raised in the small west Texas town of Sonora, where she excelled in academics, multiple sports, and extracurricular activities. Athletic injuries and a need to maintain physical health led Dr. Skyler to chiropractic care and sparked her passion to enter the profession.
Dr. Skyler attended The University of Texas at Austin (Hook’em), earning a Bachelors of Science degree in Applied Movement Science. She then decided to continue her love of learning about the body and how applied movement can aid in healing.
Dr. Skyler attended Parker University in Dallas, earning a Doctorate of Chiropractic, achieving the Parker Clinical Excellence Award, as well as a Masters degree in Strength and Human Performance. While studying at Parker, Dr. Skyler became a member of the World Congress of Women’s Chiropractic Association and appreciated meeting other women who were passionate and driven about their health and bodies.
Dr. Skyler realized that therapeutic attention to prenatal and postnatal women is key to promoting their optimal health. She also loves working with the kiddos and has received the Best Aunt award for 9 years in a row (3 nephews, 2 nieces)! She promotes chiropractic care because it is an essential part of an overall health regimen.
In her spare time, you can find Dr. Skyler cuddling with her Golden Doodle, Willie, trying new restaurants with her fiancé, Cody, or playing with her nieces and nephews.
Dr. Skyler Jennings is excited to be a part of your health and wellness journey. She’s here to help in any way she can and can’t wait to see you thrive!

Jessica was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and grew up all over the world due to her parents’ service in the Air Force. Her years overseas in Ramstein, Germany ignited her love for travel, new experiences, and exploring different cultures and cuisines. She later settled in Texas, where she earned her degree in Health and Exercise Management with a minor in Business from Texas State University.
Jessica began working with children at a young age through babysitting and childcare, which deepened her natural compassion and connection with families. That early experience laid the foundation for her greatest passion—supporting moms through their postpartum journey. She finds immense fulfillment in helping women heal their core and pelvic floor, rebuild confidence, and restore balance in both body and mind. Jessica believes this chapter of life deserves the most care, attention, and support, and she feels honored to walk alongside each woman on her path to recovery and renewed strength.
Her professional foundation was shaped by her work at Train 4 The Game (T4TG), where she trained under the principles of Applied Functional Science (AFS)—a system developed by renowned physical therapists Gary Gray and Dr. Dave Tiberio. AFS integrates behavioral, biological, and physical science to restore balance, movement, and energy through personalized, functional strategies. This approach continues to guide Jessica’s philosophy in helping clients move better, feel stronger, and live with more vitality.
With a background in functional movement and strength training, Jessica is passionate about designing well-rounded, dynamic workouts that challenge individuals to build strength, restore energy, and improve overall well-being. Beyond the gym, she believes true health comes from daily habits—walking outside, grounding in nature, eating nourishing whole foods, reading, and prioritizing self-care. Jessica embodies a holistic approach to wellness, inspiring others to cultivate balance in both body and mind.
